Aetna Signature Administrators® (ASA) PPO Network has a new provider directory tool, providing a better member experience when searching for providers on the site. The tool includes new features, as well as enhancements to existing ones, such as:
- Search by ZIP code, city, county and state levels
- Increase/decrease search radius, even down to zero miles
- Map feature shows dots of individual provider locations
Those who visit the old website (ASAlookup.AetnaSignatureAdministrators.com) will be redirected to the new website (www.aetna.com/ASA).
ID cards for new and renewing groups will reflect the new website address.
