During June, we’re observing Men’s Health Month, designed to encourage men to make healthy living decisions and manage their overall health.

Encourage the men and boys in your life to focus on their health and live their best lives by taking the following steps:

  • Stay current on preventive tests
  • Get regular checkups
  • Know their family’s health history
  • Eat a healthy diet
  • Be active
  • Manage stress
